Job description
Brighton Hospice in Oregon is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive hospice care across patients' homes, SNFs, and assisted living facilities.
You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, delivering psychosocial assessments and care planning while maintaining high-quality patient care. The RN will serve in Case Management, Admissions, or Resource roles, with required driving to cover the service area.
