Job description
Choice Hospice, Inc. is seeking an experienced Hospice Field RN to evaluate and admit patients in the Greenwood Village branch. The role includes completing admissions, coordinating with the care team, and educating families about hospice services. A current RN license and CPR are required.
The position is full-time and located in Greenwood Village, CO. Experience in hospice care and HomeCare HomeBase is preferred. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually with benefits.
