Job description
Choice Health At Home is seeking a Hospice Field Registered Nurse (RN) in Lawton, OK. The role involves delivering patient-centered hospice care in home settings, coordinating care plans, and working with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity for patients and families.
The RN will perform assessments, develop plans of care, and educate patients and families on end-of-life care, while guiding aides and LPN/LVN under physician supervision. A valid RN license and CPR are required.
