Job description
Choice Health At Home is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN field/admissions in Greenwood Village, CO. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, determine eligibility for hospice care, and develop care plans to ensure comfort and dignity for patients and support for families.
The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance. Prior hospice experience is preferred.
