Job description
Gentiva Hospice is seeking an Area Director of Business Development to lead sales strategy and manage a team of business development professionals across a defined hospice territory. You will drive referral growth, census growth, and develop strategic partnerships while aligning with organizational goals.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field, at least 3 years of direct healthcare sales experience and 1+ year of leadership.
