Job description
Gentiva is seeking an Area Director of Business Development to lead a team across a hospice territory, drive census growth, and optimize sales performance. This role reports to the Area VP of Business Development and focuses on building strategic partnerships and onboarding patients efficiently.
The position requires the ability to travel within the territory up to 75% and to collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality patient care and compliant sales practices.
