Gentiva Hospice in Mobile, AL is seeking an experienced Area Director of Business Development to lead sales strategy, drive census growth, and manage a team of business development professionals across a defined hospice territory.
You will mentor a team, develop referral partnerships, analyze market trends, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new patients. Travel up to 75% is required.
