Gentiva is seeking an Area Director of Business Development to lead sales strategy across a hospice territory and drive census growth. You will manage a team of business development professionals, build referral partnerships, and coordinate with clinical and operations teams to onboard patients.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in healthcare sales and 1+ year in leadership, with strong CRM and data analytics skills. Travel across the territory is required.
