Gentiva Hospice is seeking an Area Director of Business Development to lead sales strategy and manage a team of business development professionals across a defined hospice territory. This role reports to the Area VP of Business Development and focuses on census growth, performance optimization, and new business opportunities in alignment with organizational goals.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of healthcare sales experience with 1+ year in a leadership role.
