Job description
Community Hospice is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Lead to join our home care team serving the Schenectady/Saratoga area. The role supports care planning, patient comfort, and symptom relief under the patient care supervisor, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
schedule. Candidates must hold a NYS RN license and have at least two years of RN experience; hospice or home care experience is preferred but not required.
