Job description
GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Hospice Home Care Nurse to join our team in Maryland. You will identify patient and family needs and provide nursing and supportive care for terminally ill patients and their loved ones, in home or facility settings.
Ideal candidates hold an ADN or BSN, an active Maryland RN license, and at least two years of nursing experience. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, implement care plans, document in EMR, and support families through end-of-life care.
