Job description
Community Hospice is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Lead for the Saratoga/Schenectady area to join our home care team.
You will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, caring for patients and families, with training provided in end-of-life care, and comprehensive orientation.
We offer mileage reimbursement, a laptop for charting, full benefits, and a supportive environment within St Peters Health partners.
