Job description
The Community Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice Home Care Team serving Schenectady and Albany Counties. Availability during weekdays (Mon-Fri) with hours typically 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This role offers flexible per diem scheduling in a compassionate, end-of-life care setting. You will collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team, provide patient-centered care in patients' homes, and support families while respecting goals and comfort.
