Job description
St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice Home Care team serving the Capital Region (Albany and surrounding counties).
The RN will provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in patients' homes as part of an interdisciplinary team. The role requires NY RN licensure, an ADN (BSN preferred), and at least 1 year of RN experience ( Hospice/Home Care or acute care preferred).
