Hospice Aide OpportunityBroad Reach Hospice is hiring a Full-Time Hospice Aide, with a $2500 sign-on bonus!In order to meet the needs of our community, we are looking to add a compassionate, caring full-time Hospice Aide to our team.Hospice Aide Responsibilities:Providing direct patient care in patients' homes as well as in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities throughout the mid and lower Cape.Assisting with patients' ADLs (activities of daily living).Following patients' plan of care and completing documentation of care given.Communicating regularly with nurse case manager.If you are looking for a work environment that supports excellence in patient care with solid, consistent support and strong team commitment and communication then this is the opportunity for you.Hospice Aide Requirements:Valid Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant License.Experience with home health or hospice care is preferred, however, finding the right candidate is most important to us so applicants are welcome to apply regardless of experience.Hospice Aide Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.Occasional availability on Saturday is required.Rotating cover on holidays - presently one holiday worked per year.The pay range for this position is between $20 - $27.50 per hour, depending upon number of years of experience.We continue to build on our reputation of being an excellent hospice provider and one that attracts excellent providers, from Volunteers to Medical Directors.It is important to us that you enjoy a work-life balance so that you can be your best here at Broad Reach Hospice and anywhere else!If you want to make a positive impact on our patients' lives, we'd love to hear from you.
