Job description
The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to plan, direct hospice care in home settings with an emphasis on community health education. The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans, and support patients and families in managing symptoms and care at home.
Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and on-call coverage. A current RN license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation are required.
