Job description
McLaren Health Care seeks a registered nurse to deliver full-time home health services within the Hospice department under supervision, providing skilled nursing care and patient education. The role includes initial assessments, care planning, and collaboration with physicians to support rehabilitation and comfort.
Day shift hours are 8:00am-4:30pm with a per diem schedule. Requires Michigan RN license; BSN preferred; prior med/surg or critical care experience preferred; valid driver's license
