Job description
VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Home Health RN to provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes, delivering comfort and support. You will visit patients in private residences or facilities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have at least two years in hospice or home health, and can travel between patient homes with reliable transportation. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families.
