Job description
Covenant Health HomeCare and Hospice in East Tennessee seeks a Registered Nurse, Hospice, to provide professional nursing care to terminally ill patients in home settings. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and support families in end-of-life care.
Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, symptom management, and caregiver education, with adherence to Medicare guidelines and Covenant policies. Travel across counties served is required.
