Job description
Pride Health is hiring an RN - Hospice/Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in San Marcos, TX.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM; On-Call: at least 1 night per week and 2 nights during one week of the schedule rotation, plus weekend on-call coverage.
Recent HCHB experience is required; perform admissions, deaths, GIP care, and routine visits independently, with comprehensive documentation and teamwork.
