Job description
Hackensack Meridian Health At Home is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care to patients, focusing on one patient at a time.
The role requires an associate degree in nursing or nursing diploma, NJ RN license, and 6 months RN experience or 1 year LPN experience (home health or hospice preferred). BSN preferred. Per diem options and a total rewards package are available.
