Job description
Mercy STL Home Health RN - Intake is a dynamic role that handles Hospice, Home Health and Home Infusion referrals across acute care, physician clinics, and select facilities. You will maintain a presence and deliver excellent customer service to discharge planners, social workers, physicians, and patients.
Hours: 8am-4:30p. Mercy offers day-one health coverage, tuition assistance, PTO, and retirement plans, plus growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
