Job description
TRI-COUNTY HEALTHCARE is seeking an LVN/RN for Adult Hospice and Home Health in Laredo, TX. Provide compassionate one-to-one nursing in patients' homes under RN supervision. Shifts include Day, Evening, Night, and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities include care plan implementation, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with families and the healthcare team to optimize outcomes. Flexible scheduling and meaningful patient impact are emphasized.
