Advocate Health Hospice Union in Monroe, NC seeks a Registered Nurse to manage an assigned home health caseload, ensuring timely care aligned with physician orders. You will assess, document, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
Responsibilities include data collection, prioritizing needs, and supervising LPNs/HHAs. This full-time role offers a $35.50–$53.25 hourly rate, a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, and a comprehensive benefits package. 40 hours/week.
