Job description
Blue Summit Hospice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive NP care to terminally ill patients in a hospice setting. The role involves working with the hospice team to support patients and families in home care and bereavement, while coordinating treatment plans and medications.
The NP should have graduate-level nursing education, current Georgia NP license, and board certification, with 2+ years of NP experience preferred.
