Job description
ADP, Inc. seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide Hospice care to terminally ill patients at home and in clinical settings. You will support families, collaborate with the Hospice team, and participate in IDG planning.
Applicants must hold NP certification, be licensed to practice in the state, and demonstrate independent judgment, crisis response, and strong interpersonal skills. Team-oriented care delivery is a key focus.
