Job description
Ennoble Care in Cumberland County, NJ, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager to support hospice patients at home. You will work with an interdisciplinary team under the Director of Nursing to assess, plan, and implement care to maximize comfort and health for patients and families.
Qualifications include NJ RN license, accredited nursing school graduate, and at least one year of RN experience (hospice preferred).
