Job description
Community Hospice has a wonderful per diem RN opportunity in Hospice Home Care for the Albany/Rensselaer County region. The role supports patients and families, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate end-of-life care.
Hours are typically Mon-Fri, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with no weekends or holidays. Per diem rates are based on monthly hours commitment, with competitive non-per diem pay ranges.
