Job description
Athena Health Care Systems is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead the hospice HR team in New England. The role oversees HR functions for our hospice/home health/private duty agencies in CT, RI, and MA, based in Farmington, CT. No remote work.
Salary up to $95,000, 40 hours a week, weekday schedule. Travel to other offices as needed. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (master’s preferred) and 3+ years in health care management, with
