Job description
Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking a Hospice General Inpatient Nurse-Case Manager to deliver end-of-life care in an inpatient hospice setting. You will work with an interdisciplinary team at Methodist, IU West, and IU North/Fishers hospitals, managing plans of care and ensuring compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.
The role requires an RN license, 3+ years inpatient experience (hospice preferred), and a Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
