Job description
Northwestern Medicine in Chicago seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and plan discharge with patient and family input. The RN will document progress, maintain age-specific plans, and educate patients per evidence-based guidelines.
Qualifications include a BSN, IL RN license, BLS, and strong collaboration and analytic skills. ADN with BSN commitment within 3 years is acceptable; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
