Job description
Center4Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Unit in Elkhart, Indiana. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a weekday 7a-7p schedule and a culture focused on excellence, compassion and trust, with flexible scheduling for one-on-one patient time.
The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, manage pain, collaborate with the IDT, and educate patients and families about hospice care and rights.
