Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a compassionate LVN to join as a Clinical Assistant. The role supports the clinical team administratively and coordinates patient care with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary colleagues.
The ideal candidate holds a Texas LVN license, has hospice experience, and excels in organization and communication while managing multiple tasks and documentation in EMR systems. Full-time, in a patient-focused environment.
