Requirements:
Current LVN license in the State of California
One year of experience preferred
Experience in hospice preferred
LVN Duties Include:
Servicing a range of patients and families during end-of-life transitions
Ensuring quality and safe delivery of hospice services
Implementing current nursing practices and providing direct, hands-on care within scope of practice
Obtaining orders as needed to promote comfort and quality of life
Keeping the Case Manager informed of all changes in condition and orders
