Job description
Compassus is seeking a Hospice Area Market Executive to lead growth strategy and market penetration across designated hospice programs. You will collaborate with hospice program leaders, drive the growth plan, and recruit and train new growth staff while partnering with clinical leaders to ensure access and quality care.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree (MBA desirable) with 3+ years leading growth teams or 5+ years in healthcare growth roles.
