We are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of employees, offering the opportunity to be associated with caring teammates, and creating positive contributions in each community we serve.What you must have:Current registration as a massage therapist in the state of employmentMinimum of one year of massage therapy experience; preferably in healthcare industryTherapy skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practiceSelf-directed with the ability to work with little supervisionMust have current driver's licenseExperience with EMR software is a plusMust have reliable transportation and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insuranceWhat you will do:Responsible for providing massage therapy to patients according to written IDG plan of careInitiate massage therapy programs and instruct other staff members and family members on these programs and individualized goalsPerform assessments, evaluations and establish therapeutic and functional goals for clientsAdvise RN case manager on the patient's response to therapy or changes in conditionPromotes agency philosophy to ensure quality of careTimely submission of all documentationPerformance of other duties as requiredEnsure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and proceduresWe are looking for a compassionate, talented and experienced massage therapist that is experienced in customer service and eager to join an exciting organization.It is this agency's policy to provide equal employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, religion, military status, gender preference, sex, marital status, national origin or disability.
