Job description
Gentiva is seeking a Hospice Physician to ensure compassionate, goal-directed care for hospice patients. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee regulatory compliance, and guide quality improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes.
This safety-sensitive role requires board certification, an unrestricted license, and ability to travel 15–25% to meet program needs. You will invoice Gentiva for services and participate in education and community partnerships.
