Job description
Gentiva is seeking a Hospice Medical Director to join our leadership team and provide expert clinical oversight to hospice physicians. This patient‑centered role focuses on quality, regulatory compliance, and strategic program development across multiple sites in California.
You will certify eligibility, supervise physicians, and lead QAPI initiatives while ensuring compassionate, goal‑directed care for hospice patients. Travel to affiliated sites is required.
