Job description
Kindful Health is seeking a Hospice Medical Director to provide medical oversight of the hospice care program, ensuring CMS and state compliance. You will collaborate with attending physicians during admission and ongoing care, guiding the interdisciplinary team to tailor plans of care for terminal illness and related conditions.
You will also lead education for staff, participate in QAPI, and maintain thorough documentation while ensuring regulatory adherence across all care activities.
