Job description
Northern Counties Health Care Inc. seeks a Medical Director Hospice in St. Johnsbury, VT to provide medical leadership for the hospice program and serve as a clinical resource for the interdisciplinary team.
The Medical Director will help ensure timely access to expert end-of-life care across our service area. The role includes direct patient care through hospice encounters and symptom management, with flexible arrangements (contracted, part-time, or other options) depending on qualifications
