Job description
Gentiva Hospice seeks a dedicated Hospice Medical Director to provide expert clinical oversight to our hospice physicians and lead regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and IDG coordination. You will oversee multiple locations, supervise recruitment and performance, and ensure timely hospice eligibility decisions with Medicare and other regulators.
The role requires Florida licensure, board certification in Hospice Palliative Medicine or equivalent, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
