Gentiva Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Medical Director to join our leadership team, providing expert clinical oversight to hospice physicians and ensuring compassionate, goal-directed care. The role involves regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
Ideal candidates hold a Doctorate in Medicine, ABMS/AOA-BOS board certification, and an active license, with Hospice Medicine board certification preferred.
