Job description
Gentiva's Heartland Hospice seeks a Hospice Physician to deliver compassionate, goal-directed care to hospice patients while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise visits, and guide quality improvement efforts.
This role includes leading IDG meetings, documenting care, and supporting education for staff and partners. It is a safety-sensitive, non-employee contractor position with travel expectations.
