Job description
Gentiva is seeking a Hospice Physician to deliver compassionate, goal-directed care for hospice patients. You will oversee regulatory compliance, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and guide quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes.
This role is a notification-only arrangement where the physician invoices Gentiva for services rendered, with responsibility for face-to-face visits, 24/7 on-call coverage, and community liaison activities.
