Job description
Gentiva is seeking a Hospice Physician to deliver compassionate, goal-directed care for hospice patients in the community. You will work with interdisciplinary teams, oversee regulatory compliance, and guide quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
This role is a non-employee notification; the physician invoices Gentiva for services rendered and travels as needed to meet program goals and patient needs across our network.
