Job description
Gentiva Health Services, Inc. seeks a Hospice Medical Director to provide clinical oversight to hospice physicians and lead quality care across Southeast GA.
You will guide regulatory compliance, supervise IDG activities, and drive QAPI initiatives in a dynamic, mission‑driven environment. As part of the leadership team, you will recruit and mentor physicians, coordinate 24/7 on‑call coverage, and ensure compliant documentation and patient care plans.
