Job description
Gentiva seeks a Hospice Physician Designee to guide patient care across multiple locations. You will ensure plans of care are medically appropriate, supervise hospice providers, and serve as a medical resource for the IDG under the Medical Director.
California-licensed physician with hospice/palliative board certification and ability to travel 15-25% is required. This is a safety-sensitive role with on-call duties and strict regulatory compliance.
