Job description
Heritage Hospice in Albuquerque is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight for all hospice services. You will certify terminal prognosis, determine hospice eligibility, and guide documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
The role partners with the IDT, physicians, and nurses to shape care plans, lead quality initiatives, and support a compassionate, patient-centered approach across the region.
