Job description
Gentiva is seeking a Hospice Physician to deliver compassionate, goal-directed care for hospice patients while upholding the highest medical standards. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee regulatory compliance, and guide quality improvement to improve patient outcomes.
This is a job notification only; the Hospice Physician will invoice Gentiva for services rendered and may travel 15-25% as program needs require.
