Job description
Heartland Hospice, part of Gentiva, seeks a Hospice Physician to ensure compassionate, goal-directed care for hospice patients and to guide quality improvement efforts. This role operates as a service-invoice arrangement rather than employer-employee.
The physician will certify eligibility, oversee home visits, coordinate 24/7 on-call coverage, and collaborate with IDG teams to optimize patient outcomes in a compliant, compassionate manner.
